From October 2-5 I had the privilege of attending a Family Ministry Conference at Tanalian Bible Camp at Port Alsworth. The conference was sponsored by a member care type mission in Alaska by the name of Arctic Barnabas. It was attended by pastors, missionaries, lay leaders and others. Tanalian Bible Camp is located on Lake Clark about 1 1/2 hours plane ride from Anchorage...the only way to get there is by plane. The building above is their new lodge and dining area which was made possible through Samaritan's Purse, directed by Franklin Graham who has a home in the area..

That sounds interesting! What did you do at the conference?
I attended. Someone from Colorado Springs was the speaker. I was able to see many people I had not seen for quite a while.
