THERE ARE (WERE) TWO TALL BEAUTIFUL TREES DOMINATING THE SKYLINE OF MOSSYROCK. TODAY THEY ARE BEING CUT DOWN. PEOPLE LIVING NEAR THE TREES ARE GLAD...NO MORE PILES OF LEAVES IN THE FALL. OTHERS ARE SORRY TO SEE THESE MIGHTY TREES COME DOWN.

I'm with the people who didn't want them to be cut down. I hate to see them being destroyed. There isn't a tree that doesn't drop something, but to me that is a small price to pay for the beauty, majesty and what they contribute to the enviornment that we need to live in. Another of God's creations. Too bad most don't have a clue. When we moved into our home one of the things that attracted us was 10 Eucalyptus Trees across the back of the yard. The neighbors behind thought they could talk us into cutting them down. (the previous people wouldn't) They had another think coming. These trees were here at the turn of the last Century so they were here when these folks moved here before us. They give us a little park in our yard and the stuff they drop is worth every minute. We try hard to keep the backside trimmed away from the fence tho. Our grandkids have had so much fun in this yard over the years we could never think of cutt-ing them down even tho we do have to pay to have them trimmed from time to time. As long as God provides the money we shall keep the trees. :-) Keep the pic's coming. Love to you and your family, Barb C
