WHEN WE WERE IN EASTERN OREGON LAST WEEK WE VISITED LESTER AND RUTHIE PARRIS. RUTHIE WAS A SKILLED PRINTER IN THE MISSION'S HOME OFFICE FOR YEARS. LESTER HELPED WITH GROUNDS AND MAINTENANCE. THEY NOW LIVE ABOUT 10 MILES OUT OF PRINEVILLE IN THE HIGH DESERT AREA OF OREGON. IT WAS GOOD TO SEE THEM AGAIN.
